Clyde ‘Len’ Rhiner, 55, of Collins, passed away on Friday, May 3, at his residence surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Community Hospice. Mr. Rhiner was born on October 10, 1963 to Mr. McClellan Rhiner and Mrs. Jacqueline Oliver Curl in Candler County. He lived in Cobbtown for many years and moved to Florida for 24 years and lived in Ohio for a short time. He moved back to Collins in 2010 to be closer to his family. He was a heavy equipment operator and was of the Pentacostal faith. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting, mechanic work, loved to garden, tend to flowers and loved the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Darlene Rhiner ;and brother, Keith Rhiner. He is survived by his son, Adrian Len Rhiner of Claxton; sister, Sandra Denese Henry (Jeff) of Reidsville; brothers, Rufus Blois Rhiner of Metter, Curtis Glenn Rhiner (Carolyn Copper) of Cobbtown; step-brothers, Roy Curl (Diane) of Vidalia, Robert Curl (Ginny) of Collins, Ricky Curl (Kathy) of Collins, Dean Curl (Dawn) of Collins; special friend, Tiffany Sikes of Reidsville; special caregiver, Jason Colbert and Staff of Community Hospice of Vidalia; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 8, from 6-8 p.m. at the Cobbtown Chapel of Kennedy-Brannen Funeral Homes. Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 9, at 10 a.m. at Collins Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Henry, Cody Rhiner, Jordy Rhiner, Randy Rhiner, Dean Curl and Reece Cole. Remembrances may be made to South Georgia Bank, P.O.
