As tiny homes gain popularity as an option for affordable housing, not everyone is on board with the outside-the-box solution. Tuesday, the Board of Commissioners voted unanimously, to implement a freeze on residents converting sheds and containers into homes, giving the panel time to decide how they will address the growing issue.
