Three Hagan residents were sworn to duty as members of the Hagan City Council, during a brief ceremony presided over by Evans Probate Judge Darin McCoy.
During the municipal elections held in early November, Jennifer Rubel and Stacey Yolanda Threatte were the successful candidates to fill two seats on the Hagan Council from District 1.
