Local officials were among the 200 invited attendees present last Wednesday for the official opening of the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant (HMGMA) near Ellabell in Bryan County. Claxton Mayor Terry Branch, County Commission Chair Shela Lee, and Economic Development Authority Executive Director Adam Kennedy were among the special guests joining company officials for the grand opening ceremony.
