Wilford DeLoach, Jr.

Wilford DeLoach, Jr., 84, passed away Wednesday, March 8 at Augusta University Medical Center. The Glennville native had lived in Tattnall and Evans County all of his life. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and liked to garden and work in his yard. He was employed with the Evans County Road Department for many years and a member of Smyrna Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by, parents and grandsons, Phillip DeLoach and Daniel Odom.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel DeLoach of Glennville; children, Jerry (Joyce) DeLoach of Charlotte, N.C., Ricky DeLoach of Charlotte, N.C., Tim DeLoach of Glennville, Patricia DeLoach of Claxton, Paul (Angela) DeLoach  of Collin; 13 grandchildren, 17+ great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at noon on Saturday, March 11, at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Edward Brannen officiating. Burial will be in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Surrency, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Stephen DeLoach, Ricky DeLoach, Jr., David DeLoach, Jonathan DeLoach, Randy Thompson and Tommy Thompson.
Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home of Glennville is in charge of the arrangements.
