Where’s my newspaper?? Subscribers want to know

Never in the history of The Claxton Enterprise, which spans more than 100 years, have we heard more complaints about non-or slow-delivery of issues mailed to our subscribers. We hear you. We share your frustration, and we are doing all that we can on our end to see that your weekly newspaper is delivered in a timely manner. Subscriber issues are entered at the U.S. Post Office in Claxton at around 6:30 a.m. every Wednesday. Unfortunately, after printing, addressing, and bagging the weekly edition for delivery, The Enterprise has no control over when – or if – the product makes its way to our readers who look forward to each issue of their hometown newspaper. We have heard you loud and clear. We’re listening. And United States Postal Service officials are hearing from you and our members of Congress. We hope the people at USPS hear you as clearly as we do.
